Option B is the right answer.

    Explanation:

Transportation is made swift and stress-free as it connects pacific and Atlantic Ocean which means US is connected to Asia through this Panama Canal. Before the construction of Panama Canal, the ship had to glide around the west to reach Asia which took around sixty seven days.

After the construction of the canal, it was easy to an extent that shippers were able to reach Asia within eight to ten hours.

It was Theodore Roosevelt who supported the construction of Panama Canal. Panamax ships are the largest cargo ships which are used to cross wider locks in Panama Canal. Many Locks were opened in order to double the free flow of ships and lessen the traffic in the canal.
