Ochaco appears to have a crush on Midoriya. She develops this crush throughout the anime she tries to tell herself that she doesn't or that it is impossible for her to have a crush on Midoriya. But its pretty evident that she does have a crush on Midoriya. When she was asked by Aoyama she got all red also when she was asked by Tsu she made herself float to avoid the question and attention. Midoriya on the other hand gets easily flustered so its difficult to tell if he has a crush on Ochaco or not.
