    Dynamic conservatism was president Eisenhower's concept. It meant that he had religion based concerns for the people but for economy he was in favour of limiting the freedom of marketplace and government spending. He explained that he was conservative in terms of money while liberal when it came to citizens. His stand is reflected in the welfare programs that he initiated and reduced governments social welfare monetary commitment.
