Filibuster is what a cloture stops.

    Explanation:

A filibuster is the Senate's power to spark an endless debate about a bill that any of the 100 Senators doesn't like about it. A cloture is the amount of votes there has to be for the filibuster to stop, in which 60 of the 100 have to vote to stop it.
