Agora is the Greek terminology which means a gathering place.

Ancient people who lived in Athens were the people who built huge agora and those are public places which served to be the market place. Ancient Greeks used this place for setting huge shops and stalls and it was considered to be the most bustling place in ancient history.

Agora proved to be either commercial complex which promoted trade or a residential area which sheltered many ancient Greeks 5000 years ago.
