    The Major significant about the Fall of Berlin at the hands of the Allies was the self-destruction committed by Adolf Hitler on 30 April and the death of several of high ranking official afterwards.

    On May 2, The Berlin city garrison also surrender unconditionally, but fighting proceed to other areas such as the North West, west and also the south Western part of the city until the war came to an abrupt end in Europe on May 8 as some German combat westward in order to surrender to Western allies instead of the Soviets
