    The roles of women in society and in the military dramatically changed from WWI to nowadays.

    1. The Woman is an active part of the Army

    2. The Jobs that they can perform are the same as men.

    3. The political participation is granted for all women.

    Explanation:

    During World War I (1914-1918). The White Women have a housewife life. They spend most of their life inside a house caring for the family inhouse needs such as nutrition, cleaning and other chores. Nowadays the women are involved in every sector of the economy and even thought the inequality on wages by gender still an issue, there are woman that have become richer than man and that hold more important positions in an enterprise or a government.

    In the Military there was no more than a handful of women in the Navy. Actually, the first woman that become an active woman Navy woman was Loretta Perfectus Walsh who entered the forces in 1917. Nowadays there are women that are Generals in the Military.

    American women won the right to vote on 26 August 1920 so even in the context of the WWI they have no right to elect the representatives, senators or president in the country. Nowadays Woman can occupy these positions. Actually, all the former positions but president have been held by women.
