We should enforce rules and make sure they are followed for schools.

    Explanation:

Ago, where our children followed the authorities and people who know what's best for them, now our youth has been corrupted by american values that tell kids to be rude and disrespect the authority. Children will never learn if the punishment is too weak. Students can get out of hand and easily get out of a punishment especially if all you have to do is not show up.

Which means, schools should enforce more rules.
