    During the Caesar's rule he made some reforms and policies that lead to increased popularity of his ideas.

    Explanation:

    But the members of the Senate were not convinced with his reforms and did not trust him and his powers.

    So, they decided to kill him in the fear that he might become a king as he was getting popular among the public. This lead to the civil war again. Thus, this is how caesar's rule lead to the end of the Republic.
