Minority parties are the third parties which are formed when both the major parties ignore any political issues.

Enduring minor parties are a party which existed for a long span of time and sends their representative candidates for election. They cannot become influential because they lacked an organization base and financial resources to run a campaign in order to gather voter base.

Single issue minor party mostly disappears due to its single purpose for which it fights. The green party is an example which concentrated only in environmental issues. Candidate centered minor parties are the party which is formed by the candidates who have the capacity to influence the people because of their talent and Charisma or their message.

Fusion minority party approves the candidates who have gained the support of two major parties. This cross authorization enables the minor party candidate to contest in the election.
