According to Eisler, what is the significance of the Gnostic Gospels?

History is full of doubts and mystery, we read scripts that are sometimes even thousands of year before the time that we currently live in but due to having a strong belief over different terms and concepts we are entitled to believe on there relevance. But, like many other professionals and historians, for Eisler as person who posses the knowledge about different faiths and most extensively knows about Christianity, the Gnostic Gospel seems more obscure to Raine Eisler. As, she considered the excerpts to be not related to any Christian writings or beliefs rather they were termed to be way different then they were considered by some of us. As, inside the information that the archaeologist collected from ancient Egyptian sites, it is considered to be less related to the beliefs of the Christianity and may offend many due to the fact that it does not provide the same importance to the position of women in it.
