    Harlem uses free verse.

    Answer: Free verse

Harlem uses free verse. Free verse is defined as a poem which does not have any rhyming. Throughout the poem the poem does not have any rhyming scheme. The poem looks more like Langston Hughes the poet of this poem titled Harlem is trying to rant extensively by just asking question after question. One might argue saying that why cant it be blank verse. It is not blank verse because it is a poem which does not have unrhymed iambic pentameter.
