    Answer: The First Amendment gives the freedom of speech and worship.

    Explanation:

    The First Amendment is a part of Bill of Rights (that also includes 9 other amendments).

    This Amendment protects United States' citizens freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom of assembly, freedom of press and right to petition.

    This Amendment also debarred Congress from making any law related to religion in US.

    This Amendment protects civil rights of Americans.

    There is a clause in First Amendment knows as Free Exercise Clause which gives citizen their right to freedom of worship. It also says that it is up to individual whether they want to worship or not.
