What was the final result of the Korean War?

it resulted millions of Chinese and koreans as well 500,000 Americans lives go be lost it lead to distractions of properties some became homeless due to the nuclear weapons and some were disabled it brought more and more disadvantage than any disadvantage it was just countries who were showing their powers

Neigther side actually won the war. In fact the war goes on to this day since the combatants never signed the peace treaty.
