Colonial court biases means that the decision taken by the court is not in favor of the colonies and is against them and there has been discrimination done against them on the basis of race they belong to but there were rules in the parliament of the British to go against these decisions which could protect the colonies by providing them the right to defend them against certain wrong or prejudiced decisions taken against them.
