Geography impacted what crops were grown and what animals were hunted. It also affected their need for clothing and shelter (housing)

    - Native Americans who experienced harsh climates and limited resources had difficulty finding food. This led to them being nomadic and living in small groups.

    - Native Americans who lived in regions that had good climate and plentiful resources lived with large groups of people and using stayed in one place for a long time.
