I feel that they have to be given much opportunity in the society to showcase their talent. African Americans are talented but they lack the inner motivation to reveal what they actually are. They have to be given enough space and freedom to voice their opinions and that must also be valued. I would Open a Town Hall which would encourage the African Americans to register themselves in order to showcase their talents and accordingly, they can be given employment opportunities depending upon their skill and talent. Tourism centers can be opened which would assist people to have a cost effective trip to Africa to explore their ancient past.
