They adapted to the climatic change by using clothes, fires and started hunted.

    Explanation:

When humans started migrated from Africa to other places like Europe and the Middle East, later to various continents. They started to adapt to climate change. Their bodies automatically started to adapt to the climatic change by changing their shape of chests, limbs, etc. They made clothes using animal skin also they used fires to keep warm from the cold.

Also, they created weapons that can be used to hunt animals for their food and cloth purposes. Then they started constructing houses to settle which are semi-permanent. Then turned the semi-permanent houses to permanent houses using blocks and developed agricultural practices.
