Due to the racial segregation that was caused by legislation in South Africa, the apartheid was morally wrong.

    Explanation:

The apartheid gave birth to the practice of institutionalized racial segregation in South Africa that lasted from 1948 to 1990. Under this legislation, the black and white people would have separate public service and facilities and also the contact was limited between those races. The hierarchy in the society was based upon the color wherein the whites were superior and Asian, colored and black African respectively would have lesser facilities. This legislation that discriminated the people of South Africa based upon the color of skin was therefore morally wrong.
