How does the us constitution try to prevent the legislative branch from becoming tyrannical

    Answer: The constitution is created to have almost equal branches with certain checks and balances. The Legislative branch has the ability to create laws but cannot enforce them. The Legislative Branch creates laws, regulates interstate and foreign commerce and controls taxing and spending policies. However, because the branch is made of many politicians the branch has to vote on everything with a 2/3 majority. Making it almost impossible to have a tyrannical power over America and the other Branches.
