Answer: British colonies in the East Indies and control of the Suez Canal.

    Explanation:

India is probably one of the colonies that brought the most use to the British. At the end of the eighteenth century, the state completely took control of the territories. Cheap or free labor contributed to the enormous enrichment of the British Empire. The natural resources of large countries such as India have been exploited to the limit.

The British colonization of Egypt also, in the opinion of some historians, brought great wealth economically to the British Empire. Namely, the British controlled the Suez Canal in this part of the world. The Suez Canal is the most important trade route in this part of the world. All the goods passing through this channel were taxed in various ways, and the total contribution went into the hands of the British.
