    Explanation:

    Part 1 is correct, the Byzantine Empire is the name given to the Eastern Roman Empire during the Middle Ages, until its fall in 1453.

    Part 2 is also correct, the Arab Empire expanded quickly, and managed to conquer the Persian Empire.

    Part 3 is also accurate, the Arab Empire expanded in Byzantine territories.

    Part 4 on the other hand, is incorrect. The Arab rulers were muslim, but in some periods, they did not even require people to convert to Islam. Confucianism is not so much a religion, but a doctrine, and it's influence is almost exclusive to China (where it is from), Korea and Japan.
