High taxes, low prices for tobacco, and angers towards Sir Berkley for giving special privileges to people close to him.

    Explanation:

This rebellion was lead by Nathaniel Bacon. The issues were mainly against the governor of Virginia, Sir William Berkley. Bacon forced Berkley to give him permission to proceed with his protests until he (Bacon) passed away suddenly, giving Berkley the authority again as governor and ending the rebellion by January 1677.
