    Britain was the first country to industrialize and in fact, the industrial revolution started and spread from Britain.

    The main reason for the industrial revolution to start in Britain was that they had ample resources and new-found technologies along with advancements in machinery.

    Most of the labor-intensive industries turned to machine-intensive industries as a result and the mass production became common place as well.
