    Angola.

    Explanation:

After Angola became independent from Portugal, there were three major liberation movements called FNLA, UNITA and MPLA. At first, CIA (with support of President Ford and many committees) had been purchasing guns from FNLA and UNITA in order to stop MPLA's political and military progress. But later on, it kept supporting FNLA and UNITA because MPLA was receiving armament from the Soviet Union.
