The government structure separates powers from other branches through frames, which gives them the authority of checking and stopping other, branches in a meaningful way from destruction. The president could reject the laws created by the congress if they did bit meet the government standards

The convention of any constitution is based on the framers that debated the issue that led to the division of power between the branches so that every department will carry out the responsibilities cooperatively to accomplish their goals.

Checks and Balances is the correct answer.

    Explanation:

One branch of the government can restrain the power of other branches by the system of checks and balances. This system is an important part of constitution, with this each branch of the government can limit the power of other branches. It prevents any one branch from becoming too powerful, and to balance the power between them.

Example: The US congress is the legislative branch and have the sole power of declaring war with other nations, but the President of US is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces. This creates a tension between both as congress can declare wars but cannot give order. The president can give orders but cannot declare war. And if any of one of these two branches tries to overstep its powers and limits, the other branch can correct it or put limits on it.
