    Answer: Option A & C

    Explanation:

    South Africa was one of the major region of discrimination among the blacks and the whites where the blacks were not treated properly by the whites and the government was also majorly represented by the whites and there was no access to transportation and other amenities to the blacks.

    But with the end of apartheid, it is getting better for the black people in the region of South Africa. But there is a lot of unemployment and limited access to transportation and technology this region still existing till date.
