    The answer in my opinion is C.

    Explanation:

    Ok I'm no realtor agent, Clearly. However i do know that when you buy a house and lets say in 12 years from now you wanted to sell your house you most likely will be selling it for more then what you bought it at (Assuming you have kept it in good condition) Maybe much more if you are even a house flipper.
