The government forced people to evacuate their homes

The 3rd amendment states that the government cannot evacuate people from their homes without permission. The government should not force people out because they are invading their privacy of their homes that they pay for, and people should be able to choose whether to evacuate or not. It isn't right for the government to pull you out.
