The anachronism discussed specifically by Powell works from an assumption that the early church originally lacked something that eventually became well developed, as the church were without any proper hierarchical structure, they did not had any proper sequence of the officials to run the church system in a more proper way. As, they had very unbalanced form of system inside the institutions.
