There are many examples of toleration in the 13 colonies. Give at least two examples of "acts", or groups that found toleration.

    The Maryland Tolerance Act, was also known as the Religion Act, was a law that required religious tolerance for Trinitarian Christians. It was approved on 1649, by the Maryland Colony Assembly.

    In Pennsylvania they had a free religion. It was guaranteed by William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania many rights and liberties for people, including freedom of religion.
