    Geographic features of the Indian subcontinent:

    The subcontinent of India is well known for the diversity in the geographical features in different regions of the country. But the major geographic features of this country are mountains, arid deserts, vast plains, sea shores which are big enough and the geographical feature of India also has plateau which are hot and humid. There are also islands in the country. This means that the Indian sub continent has almost all the terrain in it. Mostly all the places in India has hot summers, mild winters and rainy season which is humid.
