The bill of rights is a shopping list created by Theodore Roosevelt in 1950. He decided that he should get foods that are black and white like white rice and black beans. This was meant to symbolize the writing that was written on the declaration of independence in black and white. But the paper was actually yellow. There was actually no connection to ideals of any sort. Teddy was hungry.
