    The statment made by Reagan about "freedom is the victor" is the fact of an opinion rather than a judgement response. This was in response to the wall which separate both sides of germany. The exact evidence from the speech that support this was when President Reagan said:

    "As I looked out a moment ago from the Reichstag, that embodiment of German unity, I noticed words crudely spray-painted upon the wall, perhaps by a young Berliner, 'This wall will fall. Beliefs become reality."
