How did post world war 2 independence movements in vietnam differ from those in india?

    Vietnam didn't want anybody controlling them and they used violence e. i. war, to gain it and in India, Ghandi used non violence to gain independence

    Vietnam uses war, wherein India it followed the idea of Nonviolent resistance of Gandhi to gain independence.

    Explanation:

    Vietnam declares its independence from France, where India from Britain. After World War II, Chi Minh (communist) returns from China and forms an organized guerrilla group (Viet Minh) to fight for Vietnamese independence.

    India followed the idea of nonviolence under Gandhi to get independence. Gandhi did not believe in violence but agreed in silents march to fight against the British, which included Salt March, Satyagraha etc.
