the human activity of deforestation negatively impacts native species

    Explanation:

The Amazon Rain Forest is the largest rain forest in the world, but unfortunately it is losing lot of area very quickly. The majority of this rain forest is in Brazil, and as a developing country, Brazil is trying to use it for its economic development. This leads to deforestation in order to get to certain natural resources, or to open up land for farming and ranching. Because of these actions, lot of the flora and fauna of the Amazon has became endangered or extinct as it lost its habitat, and that process is still going on.
