    On the 26th day of April, 1852, there was a huge gathering of people from the South Carolina, in convention congregated, which revealed that the various violations of the Constitution of the US, and its infringements upon the conserved benefits of the States, completely established this State in then eliminating from the Federal Union. Also, South Carolina having renewed her separate and even position among countries, and to the governments of the world, that she should notify the critical circumstances which have supervised to this document
