    I found and read the article titled "The Bible" in a historian page. The answer would be: The Hebrew Bible is sacred for both Christians and Jews because the Hebrew Bible has its origins in the Judaism and also because both, Christian and Jew's religions are monotheists which means that they believe in one only God.
