What do liberal critics of the ACA want to happen in the future?

Liberal critics of the ACA want it to extend its care over some higher annual income earning families and for itto allow for people to keep their insurance plans.

The Affordable Care Act was enacted in 2010 under Barack Obama's Presidency with the purpose of extending the availability of health care to middle-income and low-income families.

Critics of this law want people who can pay for their own health care being able to re-use the money they put into that system every year if they didn't draw upon; and they also want the law to cover more people with disabilities.
