How did American urban life change between 1875 and 1914?

    Millions of Americans moved to cities especially in the northeast and midwest. They came seeking industrial jobs because farms were failling many of them being new immigrant from eastern and Southern Europe that migrated to the United States!

    more people moved into cities, which made them more safe, which meant more people wanted to raise their kids there.
