    A. Fascism is a form of totalitarianism that involves extreme nationalism and warlike foreign policy

    Explanation:

The totalitarian governments are governments where a single person, or a small group of very powerful people control everything in the country. There is no institution that has power to confront the leader/s, thus they absolute power. The fascism is a type of totalitarianism, but unlike most of the totalitarian governments, the fascism is based on nationalism and aggressive foreign policy. This leads to open aggression inside the country toward the ethnic minorities in order to create an ethnically pure nation, as well as attacking the other nations and be very aggressive toward them.
