Non-colonists and non-British people fought in the American Revolution mostly to improve their own status or well-being. Argue for or against this statement, using evidence from the text.

    Answer: So I don't know your text material but here's a summary

    Explanation: Many native Americans fought in the revolutionary war in order to keep there tribe safe. However the biggest group that fought were slaves. Many slaves fought for the British because they promised they would give them freedom if they did.

    Your either British or an ex British colonists. All the people who fought as non were fighting a losing battle during that time frame.
