    The White Man's Burden was written by Rudyard Kipling, is a poem which addresses the people of united states of america and said that the people of america should expand the boundaries of the country by peace or force. He gives preference to the imperialism as compared to isolationism. He thought that the american people has the ability to take the world towards civilization.
