Access to public places and jobs.

    Explanation:

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a monumental law in US history. This law made it illegal for businesses to use race, sex, religion, and nation of origin as a way to determine who gets hired within their company. In other words, they cannot simply refuse to hire a qualified candidate because they are a Chrisitan or because they are African American.

This law also outlawed segregation in public places like parks and water fountains.
