    b) using all available fossil fuels first before finding alternative sources

    Explanation:

In today's 21st century, it is essential that we find various energy sources besides fossil fuels.

    a) Finding alternative resources is exactly what we need to be doing, to protect our environment and reduce our dependency on harmful fossil fuels.

    b) We should not get to a desperate stage of running out of fossil fuels, before we begin looking for other sources of energy. We need to research and prepare now, so that we can transition to cleaner energy choices over a longer period of time, rather than at a moment of desperation.

    c) Establishing conservation and protection agencies for lands and animals is extremely important. In our desire to fuel the world, we can sometimes forget how our actions can effect the wildlife around us. We should be doing everything we can to protect nature and its animals.

    d) Planning ahead for population growth and addressing limited water resources is important. We should always be attempting to prepare for a crisis, rather than responding to a crisis with no knowledge.
