France concludes that monarchy is best for stability because monarchs are better than any elected president. Monarchs aren't chosen by people, therefore, there are not race, gender, religious or political alignment beliefs involved. This will have a good impact on the decisions the monarch makes, she or he will be much more neutral and therefore much fair for every person in the country. Also, monarchs rule for longer periods of time so the economic and political decisions are more stable throughout the years. This two reasons and maybe many more are the ones who convinced the French that monarchy is best for their stability.
