It's true that the Holland code matches up to personalities and careers. In the 1970s. Psychologist Dr. John L. Holland 1 developed a set of personality types known as Holland Codes reasoning that people work best in work environments that match their preferences. People and work environments are matched for the best fit. Most people are a combination of two or three of the Holland interest areas. The two or three areas become a person "Holland Code."
