    In the 1920s, it evidenced the presence of a mass culture. In those years, the popular culture was deeply moved by the systems of production in chain, the new means of communication and an increasing consumption.

    Not only popular culture was affected, but simultaneously, high culture and marginal culture. Millions of people could, then, access music and literature, even if they came in a vulgar format, simplified, through the radio. In the 1920s thermionic valve amplification revolutionized both radio receivers and radio transmitters.

    In the 20s radio was characterized by being the information medium par excellence, it had two essential characteristics: brevity and simplicity. Both according to the enunciative clarity that contributed to the effectiveness of the radio message.
