Which shows the pieces after the magnet is cut?

    Is correct.

    Explanation:

    The very last part of this statement shows from the left it is read SN it would be SN even though it was once NS, it is read from the left, and the letters are now upside down and only the bottom part of the SN is recognizable as SN upside down is.

    As both were read horizontally before they were cut and laid vertically during the cut why else would a dotted line be shown as central cut.

    It simply would nt have touched the letters if they were labelled on the arms of the U. OR none would have separated at all.

    Or none would have ever been cut vertically or central.
