Give three specific examples of how people in a small community might adapt to having a doctor that came to town only once or twice a year

    One specific example is if a family member got sick, they would not be able to get them to a doctor. If someone got injured by a horse or bullet wound, they wouldn't know how to treat them. And finally, if disease spread thorughout towns, then that would affect a whole population of people.
